User Post: Solo Insanity |
It's that time of year again. Fall is starting in, the days are cooling off, the MS150 is fast approaching, and I'm soloing to Austin. I did several of these last year, using all back country roads, with good result. Average pace is between 15-18mph. I plan on going again this weekend. As this is a solo trip, there are a few things that apply: - Bring ID and insurance information - Perfect for this is: xtremesportsid.com, light weight, and on your person, at all times. - There is no SAG. None. - There is barely cell reception. - Bring cash, because Visa is not everywhere you want to be. - Bring water, food, tools, and anything else you may need. - Unless you die, we're going both ways.
